How do I open a trading account with GTX PRIME?

  • Click Open Account and complete the registration form with your details.
  • Choose your account type — Standard, Pro or ECN.
  • Upload your KYC documents to verify your identity.
  • Verify your email address.
  • Once approved, make your first deposit and start trading.

The whole process usually takes just a few minutes, and approval is typically completed within 24 hours.

What documents do I need to open an account?

To complete KYC verification you'll need:

  • Proof of identity: a valid passport, national ID card or driver's license.
  • Proof of address: a utility bill or bank statement no older than three months.

All documents should be clear, readable and in colour.

How long does account verification take?

Email verification is instant. KYC document review is usually completed within 24 hours on business days. You'll receive an email notification at each step.

Can I practise before trading with real money?

Account types, features and how to manage your account.

What account types does GTX PRIME offer?
  • Standard: commission-free with low spreads — ideal for everyday traders.
  • Pro: tighter spreads and enhanced conditions for active traders.
  • ECN: raw spreads from 0.0 pips with low commissions for professionals.

Can I have more than one trading account?

Yes. You can open multiple accounts to test different strategies or separate your trading capital, and manage them all from a single client portal login.

What is Negative Balance Protection?

It's a safety feature that ensures you can never lose more than your account balance. If market volatility pushes your balance below zero, it is automatically reset — you never owe money to the broker. This applies to all account types.

How do I switch between account types?

Log into your client portal, open Account Settings and choose your preferred account type, or contact our support team and they'll make the change for you. Some changes may require closing open positions first.

Funding & Withdrawals

Everything about depositing and withdrawing funds.

What payment methods can I use to deposit?

GTX PRIME supports a range of secure methods including credit/debit cards, e-wallets and cryptocurrencies. Available options may vary by region. Most deposits are processed instantly or within a short time.

How long do deposits take to process?

Card and e-wallet deposits are usually instant. Crypto deposits depend on blockchain confirmation and typically arrive within a few minutes to half an hour. If a deposit isn't reflected in time, contact support with your transaction ID.

How long do withdrawals take?

We process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. Funds typically reach you in 1–3 business days, depending on your payment method. For security, withdrawals are sent back to the method you used to deposit.

Are there any withdrawal fees?

Fees depend on the payment method — e-wallets are usually free, while crypto withdrawals may incur network fees. Always check the current fee details in your client portal before withdrawing.

Why might my withdrawal be delayed or rejected?

Common reasons include incomplete KYC verification, insufficient available balance (after margin for open positions), or a mismatch between your deposit and withdrawal method. If a withdrawal is held, you'll receive an email explaining why.

Trading Basics

Instruments, spreads, leverage and how trading works.

What can I trade with GTX PRIME?

You get access to 150+ instruments across six asset classes:

  • Forex: 60+ major, minor and exotic currency pairs.
  • Metals: gold, silver and other precious metals.
  • Indices: major global stock index CFDs.
  • Energy: crude oil, natural gas and energy CFDs.
  • Shares: CFDs on leading global companies.
  • Crypto: major cryptocurrency CFDs.
What is a spread and how does it work?

The spread is the difference between the buy (ask) and sell (bid) price of an instrument — it's the cost of opening a trade. Standard accounts offer low spreads with no commission, while ECN accounts offer raw spreads from 0.0 pips with a small commission per lot.

What are leverage and margin?

Margin is the collateral required to open a position, and leverage lets you control a larger position with a smaller amount of capital. Available leverage varies by instrument and account type. Higher leverage increases both potential profit and risk — always trade responsibly and use stop-loss orders.

What are the trading hours?

Forex trades 24 hours a day, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday). Crypto CFDs are available 24/7, including weekends. Indices, energy and share CFDs generally follow their underlying exchange hours.

What is a pip?

A pip is the smallest standard price movement in a currency pair. For most pairs it's 0.0001 (for example EUR/USD moving from 1.1000 to 1.1001), and for JPY pairs it's 0.01. The monetary value of a pip depends on your lot size and the pair traded.
